As Amazon suggests, the ‘garden house’ could be converted into a guesthouse, studio, garden house, pool house or pretty much anything else you could imagine a use for it.

Amazon has bee selling the garden house for a while now, but it is currently listed as ‘unavailable’, yet if anyone is interested, they are most welcome to order if via Allwood’s official website for $6,550 with free shipping.
The only additional things required that aren’t complete with the kit are roof shingles and foundation materials.
The standard garden house has no plumbing, but according to Allwood, you can purchase various additional DIY kits such as a bathroom add on.
The garden house does not include HVAC or electricity, so if you require these, you’ll have to figure that part out by yourself.
