It’s normal to care about what other people think of you. After all, our brains are wired to do so thanks to evolution.
But it can become a problem when the fear of what other people think affects your decision-making.
I’m sure many people can relate to this. I know I can. But when I came across this quote from Osho, I realized how ridiculous all this worrying was.
The truth is what we know who we are better than anyone else. And when we look deep inside and realize this, what other people say doesn’t matter at all.
