When we watch movies it feels as if we leave the chamber of our bodies and enter what Jane Murray calls the “liminal trance state,” a magical borderland between dreams and reality. And the actors in these movies are revered because they are the keys that open the door to this ”trance state” And I cannot recall two actors who allow us to escape into another reality with such elegance and ease as Al Pacino and Robert De Niro. Without doubt two of my favourite actors of all time. That is why I wanted to share this awesome tribute which contains a multitude of scenes from both these amazing actors in some of their most famous roles. Sit back and enjoy!
