This is called a Cat Call video where a young girl walks through the streets of America for 10 hours and gathers video footage of being subjected to harassment from passers by. In this video she doesn’t stay silent and talks back and it makes for very controversial yet interesting viewing.
After doing some research I discovered that this video was written and produced with some improv but it doesn’t take away form the impact of the film itself. I am very confident that this is an issue encountered by many women a daily basis and if this film helps raise awareness on that issue then that can only be a good thing.
