The emotional film reveals how, by opening up and embracing one’s vulnerabilities, relationships may be strengthened.
Because the task of ‘opening up’ can be a tough one, Action Productions – in partnership with director Samuel Abrahams – recently crafted a film in which a variety of loved ones bravely confess things they have found difficult to talk about.
Emotionally tense but surprisingly uplifting, the film above reveals how, by opening up and embracing one’s vulnerabilities, relationships may be strengthened.
Said Henry Hitchcox, founder of Action Productions:
“It was an incredibly intense and emotional day for all involved. The father and son hadn’t seen each other in years, and this was the first time Mark had ever apologized for not being a good dad.”
‘Open Up’ was produced for ‘The School of Life’, an organization run by Alain De Botton that is devoted to developing emotional intelligence through the help of culture.
