Aleppo is one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world, but the Syrian conflict has absolutely destroyed it.
As we look at the photos below which capture the city before and after the war hit it, these places seem nearly unrecognisable now.
Imagine the pain and suffering the families who fled their country must be feeling. They have very little opportunity, limited resources and need us now more than ever.
