Aja Trier was last spotted crafting the most stunning portraits of popular icons placed inside of Van Gogh’s Starry Night.
The artist has stepped it up a notch and now seeks a different medium for inspiration – dogs.
In Aja’s Starry Night Dogs series, she imagines the most beautiful world where our favorite four legged pals posed for Van Gogh. With each painting still representing the spiraling clouds and sparkling stars just like the original painting, she experiments a bit more with color, making each piece as unique as she is.
Not only does the artist create pieces with standard well recognized dog breeds like Chihuahuas, Shiba Inus and Corgis, Trier also does the most spectacular custom pet portraits, which she commissions from a photograph.
