Meaning of Regret :

a feeling of sadness, repentance, or disappointment over an occurrence or something that one has done or failed to do.

We all know the meaning of regret but somehow so many of us continue to live our lives as if we have all the time in the world. The fact is we don’t and all you have to do is go to any old folks home and speak to people in their 70’s 80’s or 90’s and you will be given the most important reality check of your life.Without fail all of them will talk to you with stories of regrets , whether it be them wishing they had asked someone out and were forever left wondering what the outcome might have been if they had, or that they wish they had invested more time and energy into their passions instead of just working a 9-5 all their lives I guarantee you that you will see a recurring pattern amongst ALL old people. That is why I am so glad that I came across this video from Gary Vaynerchuk because it gave me the kick up the backside that I needed and now I want to share it all with you.
