If for some reason, everything feels like its falling apart or going wrong for you, it may be tough now, but keep a positive mindset as much as possible and believe and trust that the universe has your back.
Sometimes the hardest times in our life can lead to the biggest blessing and when everything seems to be going against us, it is, in fact, can be protection that we cannot see during the time but is taking us onto the right way in our lives. It can feel like a painful ending but it, in fact, is the beginning of something wonderful.
When you feel like everything is going out of your control, this is the time to step back and take time out and relax and do anything you can to remain calm in chaos. When something bad happens, analyze the situation and think what is this teaching me? What is this leading to? Then use your imagination to think of the result you want.
“I have learned more from failure than my successes.” – Richard Branson
What if everything that happens to you is beneficial and we don’t know until afterward? There was one time, I lost my relationship, job, apartment all in one week away from home. I was heartbroken at the time and felt scared and fearful of the unknown, everything fell apart and changed at once. But this was because it was time to move forward, I was stuck in a situation that was not meant for me and my path and it lead me to a much more happier relationship, discovering my life purpose and living in a much happier environment. You cannot lose anything that is meant for you, you will always receive it or its equivalent.
I want to share this amazing story with you…
This is a story about a Chinese farmer who used an old horse to till his fields. One day the horse escaped into the hills and when the neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied, “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” A week later, the horse returned with a herd of horses from the hills and this time the neighbors congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?”
Then, when the farmer’s son was attempting to tame one of the wild horses, he fell off its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this was very bad luck. Not the farmer, whose only reaction was: “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” Then weeks later, the army marched into the village and conscripted every able-bodied youth they found there. When they found the farmers son with his broken leg, they just let him off. Now was that bad luck or good luck? Who knows? Everything that seems on the surface to be evil may be a good in disguise. And everything that seems good on the surface may really be an evil. So we are wise when we leave it to life to decide what good fortune is and what is misfortune and be thankful and trust that all things turn out for good with those who love life.”
Sometimes life throws us curve balls that cause us to feel sad and angry but the only thing we can control is ourselves. We have a choice to how we respond to them, we can become bitter or better. At any given moment you have the power to say “this is not how the story is going to end.” You have already got this far, you have what it takes to get through anything. Life won’t wake you what it can’t pull you through.
“Any peaceful step including calming your own feelings and emotions contributes peace to the world.”
