Some say he never predicted a thing, and that he was delusional or just messing around writing verses that would be open to interpretations. Others, however, firmly believe the great Michel de Nôtre-Dame, popularly known just as “Nostradamus” was a true seer, the most important prophet to ever live on Earth.

It was in the year 1555 in France when Michel de Nôtre-Dame began writing down a series of strange verses, full of mysterious ideas that no one understood.

Now it is wildly claimed that these were amazing predictions of future events on planet Earth that would inevitably happen.

Predicting cataclysms and disasters hundreds of years before they happened, it is claimed that Nostradamus foresaw the entire history of mankind since his death up to now, and even well beyond.

But did Nostradamus really had the ability to see the future? And if so, how did he do it?

It is said that at an early age, Michel de Nôtre-Dame began having strange visions.

He would stare into a bowl filled with water and while focusing on the water for some time he would “receive” visions of the future. Visions of future cataclysmic events that would inevitably happen.

But despite the fact that many have claimed he never predicted a single thing, or that his predictions are the result of misinterpretations, there are others who are convinced that somehow, Nostradamus had the ability to see into the future:

He will come to travel to the corner of Luna, where he will be captured and put in a strange land, The unripe fruits to be subject of great scandal, great blame, to one, great praise.

He referred to the Astronauts traveling to the moon, Luna. He, the astronaut was captured on film. Nostradamus used the phrase “the Eagle” as an allusion to the U.S.A. Is it a coincidence that the American lunar landing craft happened to be named “the Eagle”?

Among his most notorious predictions, the French seer somehow managed to predict the Moon Landing, the assassination of J.F.K., Hitler, The Nuclear Bomb and 9/11.

The Nuclear Bomb:

“The heavenly dart with stretch its course Death in the speaking: a great achievement. The proud nation brought low by the stone in the tree Rumours of a monstrous human, bring purge, then expiation.”

The French prophet apparently saw the rise of Trump hundreds of years ago.

Nostradamus’ prophecy reads:

“The False Trumpet concealing madness will cause Byzantium to change its laws. From Egypt there will go forth a man who wants the edict withdrawn, changing money and standards.”

It is believed that Nostradamus had quite a lot to say about 2017.

Wars, natural disasters, and ideological changes are just some of the many predictions that the French physician and astrologer Nostradamus predicted, more than 460 years ago.

According to those who study his work, these are the most current interpretations:

China will be the new superpower: by the end of this year and the beginning of 2018, humanity will see the Asian giant become a world superpower, and the Asian country would cure the economic imbalance.

The United States will become ungovernable: the current US government will give way to an “ungovernable and incompetent” stage. According to his scholars, Nostradamus noted “a superpower sclerosis,” that is, a progressive era of decay.

Great Earthquake of the West: The prediction of a major earthquake in the western United States is backed by seismologists, who have warned of the great odds of a catastrophe in California, where the San Andreas Fault is located.

War, terrorism and the nuclear holocaust: according to Nostradamus, the wars of global warming and the scarcity of natural resources will add to the atrocious prevalence of terrorism. In fact, he used the term “hot wars” to refer to them. He also spoke of a “nuclear holocaust” that would bring “the arrival of the Antichrist.”
