Set Yourself Free With This Amazing Forgiveness Ritual
We may underestimate the power of forgiveness. Some may feel forgiving people is weak but actually, no matter what happened, forgiveness is important for your peace of mind. Whatever you may need to forgive and let go of, it doesn’t mean that it is justified, it just means that this negative energy is out of your mind and body, so you can move forward and change your point of attraction.
To forgive, you don’t need to tell anyone, or to wait for an apology. Just do it for you. Holding on to grudges, hate and anger only affect our lives and our future relationships.
In Florence Shovel Shinn’s book: “The Game Of Life and How To Play It” it gives the perfect explanation of a story of a woman who developed sickness and disease in her body by holding onto resentment and anger against someone. When a metaphysician said to her “Woman, see what hate and resentment have done to you; they have caused hard stones to form in your body and only forgiveness and good-will can cure you.” The woman then found it in her heart to forgive and became healthy again.
Forgiveness is like a mental detox. If you feel like you are stuck in the past and can’t let go this could be why.
You may think you have forgiven someone or a situation, but if you ever get a slight feeling of guilt, anger, revenge, or sense of sadness or hurt, this means there are still some forgiving to do.
Forgive it, forgive yourself. Forgive it all. Even though it may be difficult.

Mind Blowing Forgiveness Ritual
1. Make a list of 25 people and situations that you want to forgive.
2. Go through the list and imagine each situation, close your eyes picture in your mind how you felt and see the person.
3. See a black thick cord connecting you and the situation/person.
4. Black chord represents bad energy
5. Cut the chord and see it disappearing
6. See a white light replacing the chord connecting your heart and the other persons heart.
7. See the light between you both and accept that you are both equal, no harm was meant to be done, you are both humans.
8. Repeat: I’m sorry, I forgive you, Please Forgive me, I love You, Thank you.
9. Ask this energy to be sent up into the light to be healed.
10. Feel the negative energy moved from your body and open your eyes.
Remember to also forgive yourself! Feeling guilty and unworthy will only affect yourself and following your dreams.
